You can get fit with bodybuilding, and having a well-shaped body is the dream of all people, especially women. As a woman, don’t ever think that doing bodybuilding exercises will make you bulky like men because then you might not want to try this sport. Since the amount of testosterone hormone in the body of women is much lower than that of men, this will not happen.

1- Women who do bodybuilding seriously and professionally, probably eventually the percentage of fat in their body will reach below 12. Breasts are mainly composed of fatty tissue. Therefore, by doing bodybuilding, fat will be converted into muscle, and as a result, the size of the breasts will appear smaller than before. This complication is desirable for many women and may be undesirable for some.

2- Amenorrhea means stopping the menstrual cycle. Sometimes this may happen due to intense exercise, low fat levels in the body, or the effect of exercises that directly affect the body’s hormones. In this case, it is recommended to have a healthy diet, use birth control pills to regulate hormones, and take calcium pills to prevent osteoporosis.
3- Steroids cause more side effects in women than in men because anabolic steroids are a type of testosterone, i.e. male hormone. The positive effects that the use of steroids can have in the body include better muscle growth and increased muscle strength, but in women it also has some negative effects.
